Pilates/Yoga Fusion I & II [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Start your weekend off with a beautiful fusion of these two genres and kick start your metabolism! Classic mat exercises in this class are are designed to develop a strong core, improve flexibility and increase agility.  Then we'll bookend the class with some gentle yoga techniques to refresh and rejuvenate.  Choose either Mat I (beg/int) or Mat II (int) level class.

Yoga - Vinyasa Flow [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
This is the perfect time to remind yourself of the journey of letting go, and restore your center.   Our  evening practices help ease the stress of the day and get your mind and body refreshed to help you fight insomnia and fall asleep faster.  Morning practices help to combat chronic stress patterns and assist with centering your attention.  Yoga and meditation have been proven to be a catalyst to promoting better concentration in humans of all ages.  This slower-paced vinyasa yoga class will facilitate general mental wellbeing, flexibility, clarity of mind and overall mindfulness.  Appropriate for the beginning/intermediate student with little or no previous experience.

Zumba® [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Zumba® classes use hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and routines that feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  It feels more like a PARTY than a workout!

Zumba Gold Chair [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
This beginner level class is specifically designed for people with limited mobility, balance issues, people recovering from injury, and anyone who wants a great seated workout. You can take breaks whenever you need to, and you can also work harder than you might expect!  Appropriate for the student with little or no previous experience.

ChairONE Fitness  [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Go beyond traditional chair exercise programs and open your world up to movement you never knew you were capable of!  These comprehensive chair-based workouts are offered in High Intensity, for those who are very active, and Low Intensity for those who have limited mobility, balance issues, or are recovering from injury. Stay active mentally and physically no matter your ability and be prepared to rock your socks off!

A high energy, no impact fitness class that combines work at the ballet barre with light weights to give you a continuous fat burning class. Toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body!  All levels welcome!

BarreBALANCE [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
This no impact class works at the ballet barre to improve your balance, mobility and coordination. Combining ballet inspired movements with toning and strengthening exercises for the whole body that will leave you feeling strong and revitalized!

Stretch & Tone  [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Join us for this no impact class to tone your arms, abs & legs and then give your muscles a little love as we stretch everything from head to toe.  It incorporates elements of Pilates, resistance exercises, and stress relief techniques.  Equipment used: Theraband and mat. All fitness levels welcome!

Beginning Ballet  [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Classical ballet is taught through structured exercises at the barre and center, and is the foundation for all forms of dance. Ballet encourages students to increase focus, body awareness, balance, posture, and control while building a graceful and healthy body.  EVERYONE no matter their age can benefit from this class!

Broadway Jazz  [CURRENT SCHEDULE]
Let your inner Broadway star shine in this class that applies jazz technique to Broadway choreography! This class will help you develop and strengthen basic jazz technique from the ground up, while incorporating some core/strength exercises. Each week, we explore choreography inspired by a wide variety of musicals, past and present!
