Virtual Classes: Getting Your Class Link

  1. A completed waiver and payment are required to receive a link to our classes. 

  2. All classes are offered via Zoom with a waiting room and password.

  3. Class offerings are subject to change by demand and instructor availability.  

  4. You will receive the links for ALL our classes if you have a class card in good standing.

  5. Minimum Age - Although our classes are designed for adults, we welcome mature kids to participate.  Please call for more information regarding registering your child for one of our classes.​​

Virtual Classes: Etiquette & Courtesy

  1. Our classes are offered via Zoom. Please log in 0-5 minutes before the start time. 

  2. If you would like to speak with the instructor, please email or call so we can arrange to be online before class or at a time that is convenient for you. 

  3. Please mute yourself during class. This ensures you'll get the best audio.

  4. Please have your video ON as you enter the class so we can say hello and see your beautiful smile!

  5. We encourage all our students to leave their videos on throughout the class and be visible head to toe.  This enables the instructor to see what you're doing, make any corrections to your form, and offer other helpful suggestions and encouragement!

Holidays / Cancellations

Classes will not be held on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.  Please note that since most classes are streamed via Zoom, Attitudes does not typically have to cancel classes because of the weather.  In-person class cancellation notifications will be handled by the venue.
