Adult Dance & Fitness Classes

Drop In/Single Class = $15


3-Class Card = $30
Expires 60 days from date of purchase.
10-Class Card = $90
Expires 6 months from date of purchase. 
Class cards are valid until they expire.  They are transferrable but not refundable.  
We do not replace lost or stolen cards.  Expiration dates will be extended only with a valid medical reason.

What To Wear & Bring (please note: street shoes are not permitted in the dance studios at any time)
  • Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in to all our classes
  • Please wear sneakers that have not been worn outside for BarreBLAST!, Piloxing®, and Zumba® 
  • Dress shoes or comfortable supportive shoes are acceptable for Ballroom classes
  • Socks may be worn in yoga, Pilates®, stretch & tone and all other mat-based classes
  • Bring a yoga mat if you like to use two mats for extra cushioning.  One mat per student will be available at the studio.
  • Bring water and a towel (bottled water available for purchase)


Locker/Lock Rental Policy
There are ample lockers available for use.  You may bring your own lock if you only use it during class.  No personal locks may be used for permanent storage of personal items.  You may rent a lock from Attitudes at a very nominal fee for permanent storage of personal items.  Locks must be returned by May 1st each year.

Class Descriptions

Pilates/Yoga Fusion (see current schedule for days & times)
Pilates mat classes are a series of fluid floor work exercises designed to develop strong core, improve flexibility and increase agility. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be.  It can be a purely physical pursuit, keeping your body toned, strong and flexible. It is also a mindset and a way of living. All fitness levels welcome! 

Tap Basics (see current schedule for days & times)
Our basics tap class is for adults with little or no training. This class teaches the very basics and fundamentals of tap dance including all the basic steps, as well as teaching you the right ways to move your feet so they make the correct sounds.  Appropriate for the beginning student with little or no previous experience.

Zumba® (see current schedule for days & times)
Zumba® classes use hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and routines that feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  It feels more like a PARTY than a workout! 

Cardio BarreBLAST! (see current schedule for days & times)
A high energy, no impact fitness class that combines work at the ballet barre with light weights to give you a continuous fat burning class. Toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms will sculpt your muscles and elongate the appearance of your body to get you the body you've ALWAYS wanted!  All levels welcome! 

Ballroom BASICS (see current schedule for days & times)
Our beginner’s class will focus on the basics of a variety of ballroom dance styles including: Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba and Merengue. We may also include East Coast Swing and a few other if time permits. Each week will include a review of the previous week so if you miss a class, not to worry! This class is a great introduction for newcomers as well as a nice review for those that have been away from the dance floor for awhile.  Please bring comfortable shoes.

Broadway Jazz  (see current schedule for days & times)
Let your inner Broadway star out in this class that focuses on Broadway dance. This class uses music from Broadway and teaches students how to use dance to act out their favorite musicals!  


Ballroom (Intermediate)  
Our intermediate class will build on the basics of Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba and East Coast Swing and introduce other dances such as Cha Cha and Tango. Each week will include a review of the previous week so if you miss a class, not to worry! This class is a nice review for those that have been away from the dance floor for awhile.
Hip Hop, Hip Hop Fit 
Our regular Hip Hop class focuses on learning the steps and some choreography and Hip Hop Fit is a fun cardio workout that includes the latest hip hop dance moves to get you sweating those pounds off.  Basic moves make this class fun for anyone!  

Tap (Intermediate) 
Our Come Back To Tap class is a fun packed class is for the intermediate tap dancer with some training. We'll review the basics and fundaments of tap dance including all the basic steps, and build from there!  This class is a nice review for those that have been away from the dance floor for awhile and want to get those feet moving again!

Irish Step 
Step it up in this fun class that will REALLY get your feet moving! In this class you will learn all the basics of Irish step dancing; reels, jigs, slip jigs and more. Along with fancy footwork, you will also get to explore more traditional ceili dances (group). This class is geared towards the beginner student with little or no experience. Come join us for a fun and energetic class while connecting with Irish culture!

Yoga, Theraputic Yoga 
Prepare to bring your mind and body into perfect balance with this soothing restorative stretching and conditioning class. You will work on improving coordination, posture, and body alignment while relieving stress and quieting the mind with conditioning exercises for the mind and body. This class is excellent for keeping healthy and taking the break from the everyday chaos that you deserve!  All fitness levels welcome! 

Stretch & Tone 
Develop strength and flexibility, improve coordination, muscle tone, posture, body alignment and relieve stress with conditioning exercises, stretching and strengthening techniques designed to lengthen muscles for lean toning. This class is excellent for keeping healthy during the cold winter months. It incorporates elements of Pilates, Feldenkrais, Isotonics, and release techniques. All fitness levels welcome! 

BarreBALANCE 
Barre Balance is for all levels and is a total low impact body workout. This class tones and elongates your muscles resulting in strength, flexibility, and a long, lean body. This 60 minute workout combines light resistance training, short isometric exercises, and stretching techniques inspired by elements found in ballet, pilates, and yoga. Each class is set to upbeat music and integrates barre work, center work, and mat work. Suggested footwear is cotton socks.






Tai Chi for Healing 
So many perspective students of tai chi complain about not being able to remember long drawn out forms unable to reap the benefits of the truly amazing system.  NO MORE.  Come in and learn short simple Tai Chi "Silk Reeling" movements that that articulate body (torso) movement unseen in many styles massaging and improving organ function and providing all the elements for spiritual and physical balancing and health learning Traditional Chinese Medicine and Metaphysical Theories of the relationship between Humans, Nature and the Universe as well as anatomy.  A truly unique expansive experience.  A secondary "Forms" class may follow.


Yuan Ming Medical Qigong 
Very much like dance, circulate vital essence throughout the body improving blood and lymph flow, stamina, strength and flexibility in sitting, standing, moving and laying using breathwork, visualization, sound work,(mantra healing sounds) and mudras (sacred healing hand positions) whilst learning elements of traditional Chinese medicine and anatomy that will enhance and extend Life and the Energy (Aura or Magnetic Field) that denotes vitality and expande

d consciousness.



Piloxing®/Piloxing Express®
If you want to get in shape by unleashing your inner Rocky while feeling like you' re in a scene from Flashdance then Piloxing is for you! This 60-minute workout is an exciting fitness program that blends the best of Pilates®, Boxing, and Dance into a high energy, interval workout.  Can't spare 60min? Try the 45min Piloxing Express class!  Appropriate for the beginning student with little or no previous experience.
